Customer service, quality, integrity, professionalism, energy efficiency, maintainability & sustainability  are the focus of our services.  We don't believe that facilities need to be too complicated, too difficult to maintain or too expensive to be energy efficient.  We believe that getting it right the first time provides first cost and long term value to the A/E, contracting team and ultimately the owner.

We are strong believers in the Green Movement. QCxCI will provide independent Commissioning Services for LEED projects, but the requirements for LEED are only the basics of what we  provide.

Do you have a system that never lived up to your expectations?

Retro-commissioning often identifies additional efficiency in existing equipment.  Many times we uncover existing systems that have never been fully operational.

Retro & Re- Commissioning

Commissioning is not limited to new projects.  We often find that Retro-commissioning improves the operation of existing systems and can provide maintainability, sustainability and energy savings with only minor changes.  If a major renovation becomes necessary, the baseline for operation has been established and this often leads to more effective renovation and more cost effective projects.
